OKW - Community Hall

Staying at OKW for the second time soon. The first visit I never made it to the Community Hall or even saw where it was. A picture on WDWIG shows a couple computers in the Community Hall. Does anyone know if these computers can be used with the Internet for checking web mail? Is there a charge?

I don't plan on bringing my laptop but would like to check email a couple times.
Heck, maybe I should just cut the wires and not be "connected" to the outside world for a while. ;)
