This does not make sense to me. So after thinking about it for a while
I decided this was not right and called back and canceled.
After the CM told you that Pop Century wasn't available, did you mention
that you had just been online and saw availability for that resort right
before calling? I'm sure lots of people look online before calling to
book. I'd be interested to hear what the CM said.
So did you just go ahead and book online then?
