First week is borderline, you're hitting the end of the season, plus a
holiday weekend. The second week, almost certainly not.

I've heard USF has had attendance problems this year, so crowds may be low.

And anyone know how much it costs per adult if you're not staying on
the resort (we're in the Vistana).

It varies with the day and season, but for most of September, it's $15 a day
for one park. You can buy them via the web site, so you could find the
prices there for your exact dates. www.universalorlando.com will work.
