Please do not put words in my mouth. I never referred to anyone's
child as a "retard." I might be mean when I need to use harsh words
to make a point but I'm not an ***.

I'm no psychologist, and I'm far from subscribing to the PC movement, but I was a bit taken aback by the use of the word "retarded". Having said that, I did not consider the comments to be mean-spirited, just maybe "misplaced".
