During our trip in January/February of this year, we went to P.F. Chang's atI am a big fan of PF Chang's. I've not been to the Orlando location
the Mall at Millenia. Friends of ours live in Florida (hubby works for
Disney) and they recommended this place and it was very very good. I'm
kind of a chinese food snob -- I like it a bit Canadianized - but this was
really tasty and plentiful portions. I'd highly recommend it. We'd go back
again - well, if we think we can spare the time from Disney!
but I've always been very pleased with them in Las Vegas and Tampa.
Looking toward other Asian food, if you like Japanese, any of the Kobe
Steakhouses in the area are great. Good price too. My brother,
sister-in-law, my ex, Austin and I ate there after visiting ICE! at
the Gaylord Palms at Christmas time and the tab for five of us came to
under $150 with six adult beverages included in that figure. I don't
think anyone walks away from this restaurant hungry, that's for sure!
The ex and I are both fans of Japanese tempanyaki (I have no idea if
that's spelled right - I'm talking about where you sit at tables for
ten, or so, surrounding a grill and the chef cooks at your table.)
Anyhow, both of us love this food and have been to many Japanese
restaurants (including the most well known chain, Beni Hana) and we
both agree that Orlando's Kobe restaurants are by and far the best.
