I don't have specific answers to your questions, but here is some
information from the Florida DOT website. I do know, and as stated
below, that they are currently putting up steel girders over I-4 for

Central Florida Traffic Advisory Update Releases

OCOEE, FL (March 9, 2006) - Florida's Turnpike announces lane
closures and work zones information for construction and maintenance
projects in Central Florida, beginning Sunday, March 12, 2006.

Florida's Turnpike strives to maintain traffic flow in work zones;
however, motorists may encounter heavier traffic near construction
sites. Motorists should drive with caution through the work zones and
adhere to posted detour signs and speed limits.

Note: Speeding fines double in construction zones when workers are
present.

TOLL ROAD 429-THE DANIEL WEBSTER WESTERN BELTWAY

Construction continues on the $326 million Daniel Webster Western
Beltway. Construction crews, in cooperation with Florida Highway
Patrol, are tentatively scheduled to conduct bridge girder setting
operations over Interstate 4 the week of March 12, as follows:

Motorists traveling on Interstate 4 should be prepared for nightly,
intermittent, rolling roadblocks of up to one-half hour at a time near
the Old Lake Wilson Road (CR 545) overpass in Osceola County, 1 to 4
a.m., Monday, March 13 to Friday, March 17

Florida Highway patrol will pace traffic beginning at US 27 eastbound,
and at SR 536 westbound. The following on-ramps will be closed during
the traffic pacing operation:

World Drive westbound on-ramp
*
SR 536 westbound on-ramp
*
US 192 westbound on-ramp
*
Osceola Parkway westbound on-ramp
*
SR 417 westbound on-ramp
*
US 27 eastbound on-ramp
*
CR 532 eastbound on-ramp

A five-mile section of Toll 429 is open to traffic between US 192 and
Seidel Road. Motorists entering the Western Beltway northbound or
exiting southbound at US 192 (Exit 6) will pay a toll of one dollar.
The Seidel Road interchange will open to traffic in March, while the
Western Way interchange is scheduled to open in April.

The five-mile section of the Western Beltway in Osceola County between
Interstate 4 and US 192 will open to traffic on December 7, 2006.
