What a wonderful plan!! I'm getting teary-eyed just thinking about what
a good time you all are going to have.

It reminds me of one of the last trips we took as a family. Our son had
just turned 17, DD was 14. At the end of our vacation, we asked what
everyone enjoyed the most -- know what the kids said? Their favorite
memory was the evening we ate pizza at Crockett's Tavern and talked and
laughed and told stories and talked and laughed some more. We were
tent-camping and it was raining, so we stayed the entire evening. Just
spending time "being family" was the greatest. Being away from the real
world gave us the space to do that.
