I used ME a little over two weeks ago. I took a red-eye flight on a
Thursday from LAX and arrived very early in the morning on Friday. Headed
straight for the ME desk where they confirmed how many bags I had checked,
what flight/airline I was on, and what resort I was heading to. Then a CM
walked me over to a specific queue for my resort. I was on a bus and on my
way within about 15 minutes. Two more passengers joined me before we left.
They were dropped off at POR first, then I was dropped off at BCV.
I was prepared for the fact that a room wouldn't be available at that early
hour so I had everything I needed for the day with me. I was gone all day
and didn't get back to the resort until around 7:30pm or so. Got my room
assignment and my bag was there waiting in the room.
Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the return trip to MCO or the airline
check-in service at the resort because I ended up getting a ride from some
friends instead. But a notice was left on the door the day before my
departure indicating what would have been my pick-up time. I called ME to
let them know that I would not be there for the pick-up.
Overall, I had a positive experience with ME and would use it again.
