FWIW, there are laundromats just down the road from Camp Curry at
Housekeeping Camp (aka Curry Housekeeping).

Yeah, I had mixed feelings when I saw a TV in my room a few months
ago, too.

For anyone who wants to visit some of the high-water marks in a somewhat
organized fashion, there's a nice virtual geocache called "Yosemite Valley
High Water--The 100 Year Flood." Details at:

(And, of course, that gives me an excuse to mention my Yosemite Valley
geology virtual geocache, "Stories in the Rocks." Details on it are at
http://www.geocaching.com/seek/cache_details.aspx?id=115019.)

It's gorgeous, isn't it?
