Question about MYW Tickets

Ok, I havent yet got my head around the new WDW tickets yet, but the way I
understand it is as follows.
1) You buy a base ticket for a number of days which doesnt allow park
hopping but does expire a number of days after first use (IIRC 14)
2) You can buy an additional option to park hop - IIRC $30 on top of the
base ticket price
3) You can buy an additional option which means the days never expire.
4) I think the maximum number of days you can buy (without buying an annual
pass) is 14
So here is my question. If we are travelling from the UK to spend 3 weeks in
the WDW area, what pass would you recommend we buy? You used to be able to
buy "UK Specials" - for example 10 day passes - have these stopped now?
