Thanks for all the replies.

When I tried Internet Explorer (on Mac OS 10.4), I usually stopped when I received a "too busy" error. After hearing back from others, I tried not stopping at that error, but trying again.

Lo and behold, I did get through and was able to play around with the Best Rate programs.
