You seem to have the "drift" of how the FCC works 8-)
As for smashing equipment, well, that's just rude! LOL But it doesn't
surprise me with "Homeland Security" and all that.
Like I said to Dillon, it's a matter of equipment usage, not the equipment
itself. Kind of like radar detectors in many states. You can buy them
everywhere, but they are illegal to use in many places.
