Hey, I do that too! It's very therapeutic! When you imagine that
others' inconsiderate behavior may be caused by something really
traumatic in their lives, it makes your own annoyance seem silly in
comparison.
Of course, sometimes I forget to do this in the heat of the moment, and
I only think about it after 10 seconds laying on the horn. :-)
