I'm exactly the same way, with the exception of the sandals. I have never found a pair that are as comfortable for 'park wear' as a good pair of athletic shoes.
I was the same way until I found a pair of sandals made by Ecco. I'd almost rather wear them than my NB walking shoes! If you get a chance, try a pair.
I'm also curious about the 'appropriate undergarments' comment. Are you still considering that leopard thong as appropriate?
Yes, that is appropriate - just not for me! LOL! Seriously, there is a growing trend away from undergarments. For my conservative dress, not wearing a T-shirt under my golf shirt is just plain rude, but apparently this has been taken much further with today's generation where undergarments are considered completely optional. Not to get too gross, but one of the growing trends seems to be guys not wearing any underpants, then wearing big-legged shorts so that when they sit down, they can "display the family jewels". Of course the same trend exists for girls going bra-less and panty-less, but that's obviously not so much of a problem ;-)
I know it can be hot at WDW, but would a nice colored and possibly printed T-shirt be so much less comfortable than a sleeveless shit that lets all that back hair hang out?
Particulary disturbing when seen on the girl in the bathing suit.
Oh thank you for that mental image! :-o
Ahhh. One of my real pet peeves. If you're going to expose a belly, please make it a belly worth exposing. I, for one, do not own a lot of those 'half-shirts' since my 6-pack has risen by a few cans.
Yes, mine has pretty much turned into a keg.
