Exactly which well defined, testable, measurable, and independantly
verifiable specific facts have you stated in this thread?

The equipment currently doesn't exist to measure precise data
related to partner dancing.

You may think you know what you yourself are doing; but reports
from dancers (and even high level atheletes) about their actions
sometimes do not match what has been measured by video (and force
platforms, etc.)
