Then explain how you concluded I said Kosovo was bad without
mentioning Kosovo. Your comprehension problem is one of convenience,
not ability.

I'll make the points I choose to make and grant you the same
privilege. Don't get pissy with me. This is a free exchange not an
interrogation.

I supported the general idea of Clinton's Kosovo action but am very
aware the civilian body counts were quite high initially and that we
still have forces in the theater of operations. I disagreed with the
notion of our US forces under NATO command and would have preferred we
had taken more effective direct action much sooner.
