With the exception of the "unt uniformed", the rest of the quote is
theorectically[1] accurate.

[1] I only found one other transcript of the speech in question, and it
wasn't from what I consider to be citeable source. The speech was about
how "change" isn't a top down phenomenon. If people want change, they
are going to have to work to get it. Hence "Barack will make you
work...."


So, basically a drawn out version of "Ask not what your country can
do for you, ask what you can do for your country" . . .
