The concept of a "Forever Stamp" has actually been put into use by
several other nations, and has subtly been done in the US with those
"Breast Cancer Awareness" stamps, among others. I like the idea, pay
a little more for a stamp that's guaranteed to be worth the same no
matter how much prices fluctuate; perfect for people who don't like to
make constant trips to get new stamps, to name a few . . .
