Too bad your Mom can't know how deeply some of us were touched by this

In this Easter's sermon, the pastor told the story of a little girl that
was supposed to shout "crucify him! crucify him!" as part of a crowd of
kids in some sort of Good Friday related service. But she couldn't do
it.
Later on when she told her Grandma that she didn't shout with the rest
of the kids, Grandma asked exactly what she _had_ done. The little girl
replied that she sang instead. When asked what song she had sung she
replied....
"For he's a jolly good fellow..."
I suspect that the tale is fictional, but it is in keeping with this
particular current of thread drift.
