Nope. Banned in a lot of places.

Heck, pretty much anything that goes 'BANG!' and/or moves under its own power is verboten here in Wisconsin -YET- that certainly doesn't stop the local venders from using loopholes in that law from selling all of the 'good' stuff and for the city here from taking on that comforting and soothing sound of a war zone every year about this time.
