Ah, but that's not what she said, according to Anthony, though granted

for me, is there IS NO VILLAIN here. There are just two people who

So did Therese. It's ugly and it's bitter, and in the long run, it's
human. Though I personally prefer to see Elizabeth stay with Officer
Right, I'm not going to be upset if she ends up with Anthony, because I
feel that he IS a decent, honest person who made the mistake of
marrying someone who didn't share his values and goals. I don't think
there will be that problem with Elizabeth.
No, there won't be, because she's already broken up with Anthony once
because she did not share his values and goals. She realized as much
when she was still in college. I personally do not see any evidence
that she's changed her position--that she suddenly wants a house in
the suburbs, a baby, and an accountant with an unflattering mustache.
If she marries him, I will be very surprised indeed. However, perhaps
things will change if she goes home for the summer.
