It looks like the answer is c. The artist is trying to show that real
hunting requires following certain rules and that yahoos that go out
and "pretend" to hunt without knowing the rules and safety precautions
are going to get in real trouble. If anything, it looks like it is
heading toward being a "pro-hunter" strip -- separating real hunters
from wannabe's.

I sure hope so. I'll note that one of the brainless jocks is actually
pointing his weapon at Tank in the second panel today. Sure, it's
*probably* unloaded, but that is the Number One Thing You Do Not Do.
