After reading this weeks issue of New Avengers, I'm convinced that Dr
Strange has to be a Skrull.
Looking back at the last few years of his appearances:

1--He told the Avengers there was no such thing as Chaos Magic in
Avengers V1 #503. Yet many readers knew that Doc had used Chaos Magic
when he rejected the Vishanti. He specifically stated that power
source was what he was using several times during his last ongoing
series.
Taken by itself, that's not such a big deal. However, in the context
of events over the course of several years, it's indicative of
something greater.

The editors usually remind people who he was facing when he said
that. So apparently he was either effected by Wanda's magic(he might
be sorcerer supreme but she's magical and mutant.) or that Strange was
just an illusion.

3--Over the course of Civil War, we discovered he was fasting, instead
of helping his friends (of which he has some on either side) win the
war.

And now he pops up on the anti-side for some reason that I forget if we
even got a reason.

His fasting was supposed to be part of a ritual, I think he was aiming
to help things work out for the best, with no one winning and no one
getting hurt. When Cap was killed he realized he'd failed.
