scene right? My problem with that is chess pieces (particularly the ones
in the park) are not made of metal, they're usually cermanic.
I've used a lot of chess sets where the board is metallic and the pieces
have a magnet on the base. It could be one of those.

In the park though? Those pieces don't have magnets because the boards below (which are painted on the tables) aren't metallic or metal.
And the pieces he was using are the ones I use in chess games and they're far from magnetic or metal.
Oh fo' gawd's sake... everythin' on da planet gots SUM iron or metallic elements in it. Even yo' own blood, as da previous movies demonstrated.

Everything has metal? Everything....everything that is, except the plastic prison Magneto was in during X-Men II?
The same sort of plastic that chess pieces are made of, that he was able to move at the end of III?
