Well at one time the Avengers charter did not require members to
reveal their secret identities. (I remember reading this when Ms. Marvel revealed hers to the Scarlet Witch during her unexplained
"pregnancy.") Maybe there's some minor member who never did?
Well, they let whatshisface, the black guy who eventually went to New Warriors. They didn't know that he was underage.
