It would be nice if Peter's kid (May, right?) was still alive and JMS
addressed that, but I don't think Marvel would let him.
I remember reading a rumor somewhere that, back when he did Sin's Past,
JMS wanted the twins to actually be the children of Peter and Gwen, but
Marvel felt that having adult children would make Peter seem too old,
so he changed the situation to Gwen and Norman Osborn.
