No, I just don't read Spiderman books.  So, I've seen plenty of
appearences on the cover, or guest appearences in other books, but
nothing that would focus on him enough to show under his costume.  But
then his costume fits together so perfectly it looks one piece, so if
he can have a belt under it then anyone could.  Including Ms. Marvel.

He's had his spidey signal going off looking like a bat signal on some perp, on covers, as well as times when he is half dressed.
