I'm hesitant to even call that sort of thing a contradiction.

It's not like Fury is dead, after all, and without straining the usual Marvel
Universe rules, there are several possible scenarios on hand to explain the
apparent glitch away, if you feel like doing that. (It might simply take place
before or after Fury's disappearance, for example, or it might be another LMD.)

As long as the titles remain consistent within themselves, this sort of thing
doesn't really bother me.
