Iceman still has his powers. :)

It's all highly debatable. We don't really know what the X-Gene does or
how it does it. The green pigment in Lorna's hair could remain
unaffected, even if the gene were removed. It's a byproduct of her
mutation, not the mutation, itself.

Blob's excess skin was also a byproduct of his mutation.

Chamber: I'm not really surprised by his state. His powers blew part of
his body up. I wouldn't expect his body to be whole afterwards. If
someone's body blew their arms or legs off, would you expect their
arms/legs to come back is their powers were taken away?
