I'm referring to Henry Pym. The Beast explicitly tells him not to
question mutant superiority, dogged human scientist that he is. The
sequence underlined the former Yellowjacket as human, and the Beast as a
mutant in a dominant position.

: Yes, it always has been. Hence the 30 year argument between Xavier and
: Magneto.

Then why all the recent concern with mutants being the next step in
evolution, capable of inevitably supplanting humans as the dominant
species on the planet?

: Mutants in x-comics regularly switch between using 'us' as mutants and
: humans when they feel like it - it's all in the context. When they feel
: persecuted they mean humans, when they are trying to get people to not
: persecute them they mean humans. This is a 'very' old concept and if you
: read x-comics you should have grasped it by now?

It's an old concept that has had many updates and retcons and different
interpretations over the year. I subscribe to Morrison's.

Why are you talking with a dog?

If you think Bendis is without influence at Marvel these days I think
you have blinders on.
