Yes, exact quotes that have little to no bearing on anything you have stated and in fact seem to support the opposite as the Hank Pym quote you trotted out does. 'Altered' is not synonymous with 'ended'.Fallen <fallen@xxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote:

What there has been are differing interpretations of the text, and people bringing in information from interviews and knowledge of Marvel history and their own beliefs about it.
Whereas I have resorted repeatedly to the text at hand, and with exact quotes.

Because this thread has already : >had competing voices confident that Marvel mutants ARE humans and are : >subject to mutation in the real-world sense as well.Again you seem to be bringing up a point which supports what I said while thinking it's a counter argument. Homo Neanderthalis were humans. Homo is latin for man. They were separate species in the same genus. I said mutants were humans, as they in fact are. Homo Neanderthalis and modern Homo Sapiens are offshoots of the same branch. Homo Superior is a direct descendant of Homo Sapiens and is classified by the presence of the x-gene.
: Marvel mutants are 'not' the same as ours, this is a very long standing : fact.
: Marvel mutants 'are' humans, again another fact. 'Homo' Superior. it's : right there in the name. Another long standing fact.
It's right there in Homo Neanderthalis, too, yet they aren't the same
species, either. Notice the designation in each case is a two-part
term, just as in Homo Sapiens.
So once again...
: Marvel mutants are 'not' the same as ours, this is a very long standing : fact.
: Marvel mutants 'are' humans, again another fact. 'Homo' Superior. it's : right there in the name. Another long standing fact.
