I'd have to agree here, Geoff Johns and Gary Frank really made
Superman... interesting.

I've never bought a "Super" book until Frank came on board.

I don't mind buying the three superbooks, as well as the two other
peripheral books, as I'm not going ot follow Battle of the Cowl and
will skip that Black Lantern thing completely.

You've got some pretty top notch talent right there, so for Supes at
least you have me quite sated and in it for the long haul, as long as
it remains a good read.

Seriously what more could you want? Good writers, good artists, an
interesting storyline. That's what makes comics you keep!

I only wish Gary Frank were back on one of the regular books. *sigh*


While I'm generally pretty happy with the Superman books these days,
I'm not particularly looking forward to the upcoming Secret Origin
series...I'm sick of DC retelling the origins over and over and
over...origins, deaths/replacements, and returns are pretty much the
only stories DC does anymore...it's monotonous and it makes continuity
an even bigger joke everytime they do it.
