Personally, I'd fire DiDio, rearrange the staff, re-hire DiDio and then fire him again (just for good measure).

Then if I could get away with it, I'd hire him back once more, then fire him again (this time from a cannon at a brick wall).

I'd fire DiDio, go back in time one day, fire DiDio, go back in time one day, fire DiDio, go back in time one day...
