Wally has a rich history as a Flash, he deserves to be his own

Actually it started out as a duplicate of Barry's uniform. It took a
while before it changed.

AAR, what are you trying to do? Create less ambiguity as to which
Flash it is in JLA Classified?

Wait, after 20 years were supposed to put Wally back in his Kid Flash
costume? Why? In Wally's eyes, taking on Barry's costume was a way of
showing that he grew up and truly became the successor. Wally is his
own character no matter if he wears the KF costume of the Flash costume.
Besides, Bart last had the Kid Flash costume. It would be weird for
Wally to be wearing it again.

I know some people hate to hear it, but I hate going backward. Why does
Wally have to become what he used to be? He moved on a long time ago.
