Where do you get that? Not saying Darkseid isn't a giant baddie, but
in their crossover, doesn't Darkseid get beaten down by Galactus? The
only reason the big G leaves Apokolips alone is because there's no
life energy there to be had (which was a testament to Darkseid's
pride, since he knew that and fought anyway). But I think depending on
the writer, he might be able to take SS down.
