A Pretty nice summary of the continuity problems can be found here:

The reviewer was spot on. Heinberg's arc has been nothing but fluff - there
wasn't much research that went into writing them (hence no excuse why he
should have to take almost 3 months to write one issue). Completely
over-hyped. Circe as the main villain - AGAIN! I'm thoroughly tired of
Circe by this stage.

And AGAIN she is shown as unbelievably hyper-powered. Come on, if she
could
do that, and even take the joint JLA JSA - Then why isn't she the
leader of Olympus
by heaven's sake? Look, there is nothing wrong with a villain beng
powerful -
But these powers should fit the context of story. The Circe that was
shown didn't
really need Wondy's powers. .

All those villains ganging up on Wondy - nothing
original about that either, previous writers had done that scenario before
plenty of times. I also take great exception to Heinberg's depiction of
Hercules (first off, he should be called HERACLES for heaven's sake) - three
millennia holding up Paradise Island on his shoulders didn't change his
character one bit and given him some humility? Another writer who seeks to
wipe away the good things that Perez did with his revamp. Of course, it was
John Byrne who turned Heracles back to his haughty demigod personality but
even Byrne didn't turn him into the complete power-hungry lunatic that he
now appears to be.

Basically they are turning Diana into XENA.
No, it is not a joke. They are retconning out
all males who once meant anything to Diana.
beginning with Superman, they presented a
book of "moments" between the two, but ommiting
anything of the crush she had on Super during the
Perez run. Then they un-make Heracles's redemption,
turning him into a maniac.
Then she is ready to be the growling, drooling feminist
they want her to be.

The "growling, drooling feminist" WHO >wants her to be?

His present writer, WHO ELSE?!

Ever since Steve Trevor was retconned (by George Perez, who hardly
wanted Wonder Woman to be a >"growling, drooling feminist"),
Of course not.
He had the care to show otherwise.
Her crush on the first man she met who
measured up to her standards was
Perez's showing that.

they've
had trouble coming up with a romantic >interest for her.

But they DID come up with a few.
And romantic interest doesn't mean
romance.

But just
because a female character is not
portrayed in a love relationship
with a man, or having a crush on a
man, doesn't make her a "growling,
drooling feminist."

But the methodical erasing of those
shows the intention of the writer.

That's just some ugly stereotype you've >picked up somewhere.

No, not I.
Unfortunately, thats the the writer
who wants to turn Diana into the stereotypical feminist.
