Oh, somehow I missed the text over the picture...I just saw "Today's
Titan: Batgirl"...

But while it's definitely Cassandra Caine's Batgirl outfit
that this Titans East member is wearing, it doesn't mean it's
Cassandra wearing it.

Doubt if she'd work for him anyway. He can't have forgiven her for
stabbing his precious Rose through the throat, and she has her own
League of Assassins to run; besides, she's never had a beef with the
Titans, anyway.
