I'm not usually one of the Continuity Police around here, but in 52
#17, Adam Strange remarks that he's been zipping around on
inter-plantary advenures for so long, that he's never heard of
Empire Strikes Back. It just seems like a bad idea to use concrete
historical markers like a huge movie from 1980 when working with
characters who's histories are always sliding forward. He's been
doing his space thing for 25 years or more?

Isn't Adam Strange one of those groups of folks who aren't part of
the dreaded ten year timeline? I thought that most of the
non-superhero-ish folks from the DCU were supposed to have debuted
early. You know guys like the Sea Devils and Cave Carson and Adam
Strange.

This only applies during months without an "R" in them on odd days of
the month.

It's still August. :) Tomorrow is another story.
