Flamebird was Jimmy Olsen, a redhead, and in one reality TOdd was
naturally a redhead. Just make that canon again. A Flamebird is a
Phoenix, and he rose from the ashes just like it. He's assumed
Nightwing's role and Nightwing and Flamebird were partners.
spoilers for Teen Titans # 38
A Robin-esque character named "Talon" was featured among the members of
the interim year groups of Titans in the most recent issue of Teen
Titans. Looks like Jason Todd to me.
I doubt it. Nothing about him looks like Jason, he's too old at this
point, and he was still a wanted criminal (still is, really). Given all
the shout outs to the TT cartoon in that roster, I'm surprised they
didn't just make him "Red X"...
Wasn't there also a female "Flamebird" character there?
