Wasn't Luthor legit during the 52 period but is back to being a criminal by
the end of the first Superman OYL arc? Could he also still be pulling
strings behind the scenes?

Yeah, Luthor's a bad guy again, and he's also presumably back in jail
after attacking Metropolis in a gigantic Kryptonain Battle ship.

Yeah, I didn't undersatnd that about Dr. Psycho - in Manhunter he's in
jail, and in Wonder Woman he was running around with makeover and some
new friends. Where else has he shown up? Secret Six?

Yeah he's in the latest Secret Six. Manhunter might take place either
before or after the other appearances or maybe Mark Andreyko just
didn't get the memo on Dr Psycho
