This very quickly gets into definitional issues. Are different translations
of the same original counted together? How much of a large work does one
have to read in order for it to count as read? And so on. I would prefer to
consider the major translations into English to be separate works, and to
demand that a reader have read at least half the words of a book to have it
counted. By that standard I am fairly confident that no edition of the Bible
is a contender.
