Please don't post multiple times to different groups. Most of us read
alt.fan.tolkien, and you're free to crosspost to both of them. I know some
people tell you crossposting is evil, but only to inappropriate newsgroups.
Any time posting to multiple groups is appropriate it _should_ be
crossposted rather than posting multiple times, as many of us have
newsreaders that will skip the second and subsequent occurrences of a post.
