I've lost 57 pounds of fat. Or 43" of fat from my body. I haven't
"lost weight" in about five months because as I shed fat, I'm
replacing it with muscle. I was about a size 20 and now I'm a size
10. I've done it all through dietary changes and exercise including
cardio workouts and weight training. I can bench press my own body
weight.

How nice of you to have taken a photo of me and post it to the
internet without asking. I've lost even more weight since then,
when I was a size 14/16.

Well then I won't be expecting a reply and I'll just finish writing
this up for anyone else who may be interested in my reply.

I only introduce myself to people I'm interested in meeting.

Why? You introduced yourself to me anyway.
