Ed's long over coat was red with the symbol of the alchemy school he
was taught by (Izumi via Dante) on the back. It's the same coat that
he shredded in front of Rose during the fight with the chimeras in the
first episode. The same coat he wore throughout the series. The
boots pants, jacket, and undershirt he wore were black, his underwear
(boxers) were sometimes white, sometimes light blue. I never noticed
his socks.
Taking careful inventory, are we?
I've always had a "thing" for Ed.
Actually, it was my enjoyment of FMA on cartoon network's AdultSwim
that lead me to this group in the first place.
When I noticed that his jacket had changed, and then it changed again,
then went back, I started paying attention to what he was wearing. It
seemed to depend on which artist was drawing him, and not a time frame
thing. At least it did keep getting shorter as he grew older.
Now, you gonna tell me that the guys don't pay attention to what the
girls are (or are not) wearing?
