I've been looking into little Mikey-chin's posting history, and it
shouldn't come as any surprise that he's a known net-kook, of
nearly 15 years legacy. He's been posting on various forums ever
since he was in college, and his "true name" is reknowned, including
amongst law enforcement agencies. He's been known to post very
strong threats of physical harm, as well as threats of stalking.
If you're at all curious, it's fairly easy to google and find his
trail. If you're curious but don't feel like detecting this net-
kook's details, I'll send you info off-channel.
Basically, I would stay well clear of this one, and I'm only
replying to people who are still replying to him. It's amazing,
reading some of the 10-15 year old Usenet posts on other topics,
and seeing *exactly* the same arguments in nearly the exact same
phrasing by people trying to make a dent in his strange mental
state.
Cap.
Now your sounding scary, hope this guy doesn't live anywhere near me (Timbukto last time I checked the street signs. ^___^)
I briefly recall (was it '99 or '01?...ah, those senior moments), RAAM once fought off a Second major Norse Conquest of troll-group barbarians--hoping that all those myths of "angry fanboys" were, like, really true, and hoping to score lame Cartoon Network points off of outside DBZ jokes...
And that after the main skirmishes left, a few struggling left-behind outcasts hung around the abandoned camps to try and assimilate as longtime "regulars" since, although occasionally getting sentimental for their old ways: See related entry under ELL.
Used to keep a watch list, but I'd have to Google back to see if Starcade's name was on the list from the Old Wars II--
From what Cap's saying, it's beginning to sound a little familar. :/
(Either way, the genetic patterns are the same:
Vanity name-franchising, shock buttons, co-opting any other discussion thread they're not getting attention for themselves in, singling out "nemesis" responders in the hopes of hooking them for long stretched threads, and when all else fails, just blue-skying with whatever non-sequitir Leno-gag material pops up on Yahoo News that day for a cheap laugh...)
