some anime/manga series with no Japanese people in them that Hollywood

Gunsmith Cats
Fullmetal Alchemist
Armored Trooper Votoms

Not really a reply to your question but I would like Hollywood to adapt
Death Note.

I mean they already have done American versions of Infernal Affairs (The
Departed), Il Mare (The Lake House), Ringu (The Ring) etc, why not Death
Note?
