You're the one who is mistaken :) Flash can be used to make entire web
sites. The problem is... most designers have no clue what they are doing
and make a terrible mess.

No, Flash can be used to make entire Flash presentations - websites are
made with open-standards tools such as XML, which allow for situations
such as enlarging fonts so they can be read. See the World Wide Web
Consortium's web site, <http://www.w3.org/>, for details.

(Pulling a George Bernard Shaw and quoting my own website: "The easiest
way to avoid getting a link from me is to use proprietary standards for
the site's content when there are perfectly good open standards that do
the same job; to me, "Click here to get the plug-in" usually means
"Click the Back button now"." And I don't have the Flash plugin
installed.)

Our Japanese magazine is 100% Flash. :)
