You'll have to wait a while. Some pre-beta code is out but the beta
version itself will not be out until late this year. The
ready-for-prime-time version will probably not hit the streets until at
least six months after the beta version appears.

In an earlier post, I said I thought the best operating environment for a
multi-media machine was Windows XP. Although that is my opinion, I have
replaced the Windows XP computer that I used as a media server with a
Windows Vista Ultimate computer. I have encountered problems with Vista
only during stress testing when I was intentionally trying to induce
problems.
