You do realize that your proposal doesn't even address the problem, much
less solve it, don't you? In fact, it merely *adds* to the problem,
because not only will troll-feeders *still* reply to the original
troll's post, cross-posting his and their crap to each group the
original troll was posted to, but we get those "well-meaning" replies in
addition.

Simply ignore the trolls, and they'll eventually get bored and leave.
Up to now that's the *only* strategy that has showed at least *some*
effect. Yours will just make the problem worse.
