I watched it last night. Other guy watching was somehow able to determine that Mewtwo-like monster was girl at end of show.

With the stars in the eyes, ancient setting and wanting to go to the moon, I was first guessing some bamboo moon-princess deal (or at least thinks she is)--
Which still doesn't explain the monsters, or the blue dragon, but I'm not leaving any theories out.

Me, I've only gotten as far as determining, no, that's *not* Sgt. Frog voicing the clock-mechanic...
